Best gym on the Outer Banks. I love all the people who work there.
After visiting, I feel like the realist of the 5 start reviews are bias. This gym will get the job done for the typical noob however they were unable to accommodate my powerlifting needs. They did have deadlift bars available but they were unusable because they were so badly bent. Also, they played too much nickelback.
Best fitness center in the OBX. Go there every time my wife and I are in town. Will be building our new house this year and will be members full time.
Great spin classes 6 days/week. Good gym for real people.
Couldn't wait to try out this gym while on vacation. Experience was great. Perfect spot to catch a pump in between relaxing. Definitely recommend this gym for people dedicated to the gym life.
