They didn't understand my English.
Very awkward ordering experience. The girl that waited on me barely addressed me once she came to the counter. I asked her if they had a certain donut and she looked back at her coworker and they exchanged smirks. I wrote it off, but then I asked one more question about a donut flavor and they continued to glance at each other and make faces. I was unsure if I was missing an inside joke, or if they were just making fun of me. It was so awkward and unnecessary. The donuts did not taste very fresh and had very little filing them. I definitely will not be going back.
Excellent service. Fast, polite, great management. Exceptional customer service, I drove off this am without coffee I had paid for, they made it right, even though was my fault, very impressed.
A disappointment do a visit; especially since they're suppose to do coffees, right.
The cashier was fabulous, by offering a coupon for my order that. No strings attached to coupon! Fast service!!
I ordered my capping dry, and even explaining no milk; just froth. Well,.... my cup was full of milk.
The doughnuts were dry. I threw 4 of them in the trash can. Iced coffee was good.
