There are several great coffee shops in the Outer Banks and you should try them all but Waverider is definitely one of the standouts. I was so excited to find it! It's such a great mix of coffee, food, and drinks. The breakfast sandwiches are awesome and the coffee drinks are spot on. They carry a wonderful mix of beers and wines including lots of selections from NC. Really wonderful customer service too!
All ariand absouloutly excellent but their sandwichs are in my opinion to large.
Excellent selection of panini and beer. Comfortable mix of sofas, chairs, and traditional cafe and bar seating. Fast casual service: walk up to order, sit back and someone brings you your sandwich. Overall a cut above what you might expect for a deli catering to families on vacation. Go visit the sand dunes early and have lunch here.
