Made an appointment for 3 manicures and when we arrived, they wanted us to go to another location. Why accept appointments if you don't honor them. I will not go to either location again!
Horrible experience. I got a gel manicure, which consisted of soaking my nails and putting the polish on. She didn't file my nails, trim my cuticles, no lotion or hand massage. My nails have streaks. I tried to have a design done and I guess she couldn't understand what I was asking for (a white heart on my ring fingers). After three tries I decided on no design. My pedicure was not great as well. She rushed through. And my toes don't look professionally done. Two girls came in while I was there to have their pedicures from yesterday fixed because they were already chipping.
Came here on a Friday with a Bridal Party (had reservations) - they really push the gel mani/pedis - which I get - more money, that's fine. But, at least do a good job! Two of my nails (it's now the Wednesday after) have already peeled off from my "gel" manicure. They have a poster showing that 14 days later, your nails still look perfect - except, they don't. She also didn't paint my full nail down to the cuticle, which really annoys me, so it "grows out" faster. Just a cheap way of doing business, don't care for it.
It looks like a 6 year old painted my nails.
Not to mention - she kept telling me how short my nails were and that my nails take twice as long as anyone else's because they're so short. She legit kept repeating it, it was pretty rude and unprofessional. I would've tipped her more, but she didn't deserve it.
By far the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. What little service I did receive was just plain rude, but they were mostly too busy ignoring me even for that. I went in with a longer stiletto full set looking for a fill, the tech cut them so short I had to replace the whole set. When I asked for my pedicure first they soaked both of my hands in acetone for so long my skin began to peel off all over my fingers and hands. They left my legs wrapped in wet towels so long they became cold and slimey and then massaged me with a cold rock. The set itself looked horrible and I had to buy a file to reshape them once home. To top it all off they over charged my card and refuse to release a refund. AVOID.
When I voiced my dissatisfaction the nail tech turned off the light and moved to the register to check out and still expected full price.
