Awesome place to fish. Really nice pier. Nice staff and clean facility. Only prob is local fisher men as I call them think they own the pier and won’t let anyone fish off the end. They are there all day and most of the night and bring to much stuff and it clutters up the end. They are rude and I don’t think they should be allowed to take up the entire end of the pier all day and night. Just to catch fish they can’t keep cause they are to big. I know they pay money to but if you have fished here you will know what i mean.
It's a pier. It goes it over the ocean. You can walk on it. You can fish on it. There are benches so you can sit on it. There's a gift shop and restrooms and a tiny aquarium tank. Didn't see any food though. But if you like piers you'll probably like this one.
Nice Pier, my wife and I took a walk out on the Pier and watched people fishing and talked to a couple of people that were catching some fish. It was late in the evening and the man we bought our ticket said it was good till 12am tonight just keep our receipt. That's good to know. Plenty of seating and the moon was perfect over the ocean. The late evening provided a Very Romantic setting for a couple that's been married for 37 years and counting. Glad we stopped.
Beautiful pier in great condition. Great fishing with many lights cleaning tables and complementary nets for hauling up a big catch. Staff was also friendly and seemed to enjoy working there which I have found to be rare at most piers. Also has a restaurant and 2 huge aquariums in the pier house. We will be back! Also parking is free!
Love this pier! Very beautiful view! We visit every time we are in North Carolina! Loved the aquariums and talking with the fisherman! The pelican pesters them its hilarious! They were really good sports with him which was very enteraining!
