Renting unit #3 for 10 nights 5/7/17-5/17/17. 3 bedroom cottage. Comfy and clean. Great mattresses, well stocked kitchen, central heat and A/C. Feet from the beach.

Have spent a week's vacation at Geri's Place for at least the last six years... with my son's family and his in-laws. Stayed in a small cottage to the large "house" at the entrance. The experience has been relaxed and very comfortable. It almost feel like we "owned the place." Not for those that need to be entertained by commercial activities, but for the old "beach experience" it is wonderful. Cottages are traditional beach ones, but the upkeep and cleanliness is exceptional. Can't wait to go back again. And I am a senior citizen!
This is the best place for a beach cottage. Its cozy, clean, right on the beach and the renter are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Thomas place highly. Would love to come back again.thanks. I give it a 5 star
