Very friendly, loved meeting Sam the lab. They fixed my problem in a matter of minutes and charged me nothing. they were very very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them. I cannot say the same for Pugh's which is right next door. If you need service go here not Pugh's
They are crooks pure and simple. I took in my vehicle in mint condition for a simple oil change. When I got it back it would barely turn over. It is still running rough and they refuse to fix it or to refund my money. The owners even HUNG UP on me when I tried to resolve this by phone. In a completely separate instance they tried to charge my girlfriend 250% of retail price for a part. Fortunately, being a former ASE certified mechanic herself she didn't fall for their scam. Wish I had been so lucky. Don't be their next victim!
