They were not clear about wait times, ended up wasting 5 hours waiting for them and they hadn't even looked at my vehicle when I came back, I told them to forget it and went somewhere else.
Bought 2 new tires for front of car in August. Paid over $350. After a month noticed a vibration in front end at highway speeds. Took it back and they rebalance the tires. That fixed the problem but they charged me almost $40. I think there should have been no charge since they didn't do it right the first time.
Update. Mr Pugh called me and said I should not have been charged for the service. He refunded the money. I have changed my review from one star to three.
The reason I will not go here is that I had oil changes done twice in a month span- once for my father and during that through conversation they knew I was a local and getting my out of town father's vehicle an oil change. Month later I take mine in, rude guy is not interested in conversation. I also asked for an inspection and presented by old registration from elsewhere in the state. When I get the bill, the exact same service that my father received is twice as much. When asked if the address for inspection was the same, I said no and the teller turned a few shades red as I have a local address. I would suspect that prices are higher for out of town persons, if not that locals are provided a discount. This again I doubt is illegal, but at least the discount should be known and not a hidden billing system.
Had to be towed today and could not ask for a more nice person, definitely made having to be towed a better situation. We talked the whole way to the repair shop, Great guy!
This business is grossly unprofessional- see the below where they post the make and model and issues of a person's vehicle who stated their service was poor. I doubt that is illegal but it sure is unethical to post people's work online- to preempt you researching mine it was a Toyota Highlander.
I have not returned and do not recommend that anyone else does either. See the rude comments to those with poor reviews below and you see the character of the persons with whom you are doing business.
Had antifreeze leak during vacation. Called early and dropped truck off. Repaired in a few hours for a very fair price. Called about options before repair. Excellent customer service. Best car service shop that I have been to in a long time. Highly recommended.
