Terrible service, Sanchez quite pompous, never looked at me, had back to me on computer the look in my throat a sec & sent me on my way, tried to go back to follow up & was told can't come back till I paid up my bill!!
Had a wonderful experience here with my daughter. I was reluctant to go to Urgent care while on vacation but was put quickly at ease with the professional staff and Doctor that helped us. They followed up with a phone call when we returned home to check on my daughters welfare. Thank you so much.

I was very pleased with this Urgent Care facility visit. I was promptly seen and discharged with a logical diagnosis.
I was having some health care issues, and visited the OBHUCC on October 13, 2017. I arrived around 9am, and was taken back to an exam room within 5 minutes of filling out paperwork. The attending nurse was very kind, compassionate and professional. She took all of my personal information quickly. Less than five minutes after the check-in nurse left my room, the PA, Mrs. Virginia Moore arrived. She noted all of my health problems and concerns. She also was very kind, compassionate and caring.
This place was amazing!!! From the front office staff, [Kelly], to the nursing staff,[Celeste], to the provider, [Jean the PA.], they were super nice, very helpful, compasionate about their job, and seemed to really care about the patient they were treating and the family too. My hats off to you all, and I thank you for a job well done. Thanks for taking care of Christopher today.

If I could give lower I would. They treated my father like garbage. Did not show any compassion what so ever. Being compassionate weather the patient is being realistic or over reacting is key to understanding how to help patients feel that they have a connection and trust with any health care provider.
