I don't know the name of the associate, but she caused the loss of a sale. She watched my niece and I while we were in the store. When we stopped and started touching and deciding on a wristlet, she proceeded to hover. She stood right beside us, but never said anything. I waited, but still no words came from her. I decided that I no longer wanted a wristlet because of how close I was being watched. Be attentive... not rude.
