So it's our first trip to OBX. During our first beach visit, my firstborn noticed a few kids her age surfing and having fun. Her heart was set on learning! A local store owner pointed us to this school.
We hung out on the beach while she took her first class. I was surprised/elated to see her pop up and ride her first wave not 5 minutes after her and her new buds hit the water. The joy on her face is the theme of my vacation here!! Thank you all for showing her a good time!
This is our second year renting. (Surfboards, bogyboards). Each year we have visted on our last leg of our bike adventure. Very reasonable prices and the knowledge is immense. The new showers out back are the best.. ! Dont forget about the cookies and drinks next door!
Farmdog Surf School was worth every penny. My son, 2 girls and I tried it for the first time and loved it. We ended up renting boards and suits for the next week. Taking a lesson at the start was a smart move. Oh yeah, you can't beat their prices either. Convenient location and the best prices.
