I love this place! I got the seafood broiler and it was phenomenal! Richard and Alison are super nice and took the time to take great care of us and make sure we have a good time. Great food and great service, that's all I can ask for!
Honestly some of the best seafood I've ever had! The she-crab soup was spectacular, the po-boys rivaled those gotten in New Orleans itself, and the atmosphere was fun (in an endearingly kitschy way).
The best fried shrimp I've had in a very long time! We were a party 5, 2 of which are teens. Our waiter was awesome! He was very attentive without being over bearing. He also knew his seafood and was able to make great suggestions. The entrees were huge! Prices at first seemed a little high, but once you see how much food you get, you quickly realize it's reasonable for the amount and quality.
OMG! This was the worst seafood eating experience in 47 years! Lied about alcoholic beverages and the food wasn't that great either. Definately over priced and big headed.
In particular, the staff was just overwhelmingly friendly (in a good way!) Everybody was cracking jokes and smiling, and we actually got to meet a manager, who came across as completely earnest in his passion for just wanting people to have a good time.
We're here for lunch ... Excellent service, wonderful food. I had the Salad bar/ Blue Plate Special, and the choices were extensive. Hubby had the All you can eat Lunch, with Fried Clams and Fish. Yummmmm! Will be back!!!
