The food was yummy but the service was incredibly slow. We waited over 25 min for 3 sandwiches and smoothies.

I work down the street and have been to this tropical smoothie multiple times, each time hoping my experience would improve, but I am disappointed every time. The service is terrible, always extremely slow and my order has been wrong more than once. The employees seem to be inexperienced and sometimes don't understand my order. The food does taste good but not worth the wait and sub-par service.
Very slow service and the lady running the counter is not friendly at all and seems miserable. Definitely don't come here if you're in a hurry.
Smoothies were good but it took forever to get our smoothies. Young kids working the counter don't know what they're doing yet.
