The staff is great. They really went out of there way to help us and our vacation house was awesome.
I have been visiting the Outer Banks for over 15 years. In the last 5 years my family and I have been using Cove Realty as our Vacation Rental Specialists and we are sticking with them from now on. They have got great homes of all sizes and and pretty much every location on the Outer Banks at awesome prices. They have always treated us as if we were family. Tending to our needs immediately if any ever occurred, which was rare. The homes are always clean when we arrive and check-in and check-out were smooth with no hassles. This past year we even got a gift bag of goodies. I would definitely recommend this company for your vacation needs. They really know what they're doing.

My experiance with cove reailty is a joke these people have no remorse for families and their children i have been staying at the sea see motel which cove has taken over inthe last year or so. Its not the best spot to live but its the cheapest obthe beach for us locals to work an survive on, the place has been infested with roaches and bed bugs for years now. I start living there in march of 2017 the first two weeks i was in a room that had been gutted due too bed bug infestation it did not help me and my 14 month old daughter got ate up bad i contacted cove and even took them 3 bugs i caught. They seemed to be helpful an try to fix the issue i told them id like to move rooms an which they did in a seprate building i had no issues there. Well yesterday pest man comes in my room because my neighbor complains about bites an they find a baby bed bud on my brand new bed i had brought into the new room not a hour later i get told that my family brought the bed bugs an we have 2 days to leave. I called the office spoke with kate she was very rude an unhelpful told me that room was clean before i moved an their new policy is that if anyone complains about bugs they are getting put out. I will be filimg a law suit on cove reailty for the relacement of all my clothes an furnishing that i had there. Very unacceptable treat and do not recommend them for anyone to rent too
