Nice rooms. Easy check in. Perfect location. Pet friendly!
The service was great and the room was very clean. We had an external cabin room which included a kitchenette. The only thing that could have made this experience better would be stronger water pressure in the showers.
Was not expecting much and they didn't disappoint. We were planning on giving a lot of grace during this stay; the bar was not high. Older motels are going to have some wear and tear. However, they should still be clean. When we arrived there was dried pizza sauce smeared on the walls and a giant squished bug on the window. I'm thinking if they missed these glaring issues I can't imagine how well they addressed the details...like clean sheets. I realize this is just one post and the cleaning person could have been off that day but rest assured this will be our last stop at the roadway inn.
Rodeway Inn & Suites was a great hotel for my situation. The staff was informative and helpful (especially when my room key didn't work at 4am) and the location was perfect for the wedding I attended on the Pier across the street. The room itself had a bit of a dated smell which complimented the 70s era comforter that was on the bed. The room layout was different but not bad and the room also came with a mini fridge and microwave. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone staying in Nags Head.
Musty smell, needs aired out. Had a very healthy cricket on my pillow when turning down bed. Nice location, cute cabins and very accommodating staff.
